Job summary

DaVita in Clinton, Tennessee is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. You’ll deliver direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.

As a PCT, you will monitor patients, set up equipment, record vital signs, and educate patients on kidney health while collaborating with nurses and the care team.

Qualifications

• Accredited High School diploma or GED.
• Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment.
• Physically able to work long shifts.
• Willing to float between local clinics.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care
• Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
• Set up and maintain dialysis equipment
• Record vital signs and patient data
• Educate patients on treatment and kidney health
• Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members

Skills
