Job summary

DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in outpatient dialysis clinics. You will provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through dialysis treatment.

Responsibilities include delivering safe dialysis care, monitoring patients, setting up equipment, recording vital signs, and educating patients. A flexible schedule and willingness to float between local clinics are required.

Qualifications

• Accredited High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Comfortable around blood and needles.
• Physically able to work long shifts.
• Willing to float between local clinics as needed.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment.
• Set up and maintain dialysis equipment.
• Record vital signs and patient data.
• Educate patients on treatment and kidney health.
• Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members.
