Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is seeking Patient Care Technicians to support ESRD patients through the dialysis process. You will monitor patients before, during, and after treatment, perform cannulation as directed, and assist with machine setup, all while ensuring comfort and safety.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma, are comfortable around blood and needles, and possess BONENT/NNCC/NNCO or state certification, plus current BLS/CPR. Join IRC for a values-driven team and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Desire to care for people and be comfortable around blood and needles.
• Current certification from BONENT, NNCC, NNCO or state approved certification.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis.
• Measure and record stats during treatment.
• Initiate cannulation and assist with hemodialysis machine setup.
• Provide patient observations and communicate changes to the care team.
