Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician to support ESRD patients across dialysis treatment stages. You will monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis, record stats, and assist with cannulation and machine setup, ensuring high-quality patient care.

The role requires a HS diploma, comfort with blood/needles, and current BLS/CPR certification; approved state certifications like BONENT/NNCC/NNCO are preferred. IRC emphasizes compassionate care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to care for people and work around blood and needles.
• Current certification from BONENT, NNCC, NNCO or state approved cert.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis.
• Measure and record vital stats.
• Initiate cannulation and assist with hemodialysis setup.
• Provide patient observations and ensure safety.
