Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician to deliver high-quality ESRD patient care during dialysis. You will monitor patients before, during, and after treatment, measure vital stats, assist with cannulation, and help set up hemodialysis machines.

The role requires a high school diploma, a desire to care for people, and current BLS/CPR certification; experienced PCTs with BONENT/NNCC/NNCO are preferred. IRC offers competitive pay and benefits in a team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Desire to care for people and be comfortable around blood and needles.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment; record statistics.
• Initiate cannulation and assist with cannulation-related tasks.
• Observe patients for changes and ensure patient safety during dialysis sessions.
• Assist with hemodialysis machine setup and routine checks.
