U.S. Renal Care in Aurora, CO is seeking a Patient Care Technician to join a cross-functional team delivering dialysis care under RN supervision.

You will perform treatments, monitor patients, and ensure comfort and safety throughout the procedure. Responsibilities include taking vital signs, preparing and operating dialysis machines, collecting samples, and adhering to all safety protocols and physician orders.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus
• Ability to safely mix and prepare chemical solutions following strict safety protocols
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care during dialysis, including vitals and blood samples per physician orders
• Operate and monitor dialysis machines, perform setup and shutdown
• Maintain safety, clean and disinfect machines, log quality checks
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and attend required meetings and training
