Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician to support dialysis patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Charge Nurse. You will assist with patient care, prepare machines, and ensure safety and quality during treatment.

Responsibilities include monitoring patients, collecting samples as ordered, and maintaining equipment according to protocols. Training is provided within 8 weeks, with ongoing education and benefits for full- and part-time staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Prior dialysis, phlebotomy, or CNA experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, comfortable dialysis treatment to patients.
• Prepare and monitor dialysis machines and supervise treatment under RN/CN.
• Follow safety protocols and participate in staff meetings and continuing education.
