U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician to support dialysis treatment under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Charge Nurse. You will assist with patient care, monitor treatment, and collect essential stats during and after procedures.

This role emphasizes safety, quality, and adherence to company policies, with required certifications and ongoing education. It is a full-time, on-site position offering comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Must be comfortable mixing acids and bicarbonate according to protocol.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, comfortable dialysis treatment and collect patient stats before and after.
• Prepare machines for hemodialysis treatments, clean and disinfect, and conduct machine safety checks and logging results for quality control.
• Adhere to safety measures and state/federal regulations, participate in meetings and continuing education.
