U.S. Renal Care, Inc. is hiring a Patient Care Technician to join a cross-functional team that supports dialysis treatment under RN or Charge Nurse supervision.

You will perform patient care tasks, prepare machines, monitor treatment, collect specimens, and ensure safety and quality through strict equipment checks and protocol adherence. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, an interest in healthcare, and willingness to obtain required certifications; prior dialysis or CNA experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Must be comfortable mixing acids and bicarbonate according to protocol.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, comfortable dialysis treatment and gather patient stats around treatment.
• Prepare machines, perform safety checks, and log results per quality protocols.
• Adhere to PPE and company policies, participate in meetings and training.
