Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN) for Staples, MN. This onsite role supports hemodialysis patients with assessment, planning, and evaluation of care, under supervision. No prior dialysis experience is required; on-the-job training is provided.

Responsibilities include patient data collection, education, and medication administration, with opportunities to lead and mentor staff as needed. Training period may require full-time hours for 12 weeks.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and current RN licensure.
• CPR/BLS certification current as required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan patient care during and after hemodialysis.
• Document data in the medical record and adjust treatment plan as needed.
• Educate patients and families on care and transplant options.
• Direct and coordinate with staff to ensure safe dialysis delivery.
• Administer medications per orders or approved algorithms.
