Fresenius Medical Care in Maplewood, MN is seeking an Onsite Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN CAP 1) for full-time work. You will assess, plan, and coordinate care for an assigned patient group within the ESKD team, with paid training provided even if dialysis experience is absent.

You’ll work under supervision, perform data collection during dialysis, administer medications, educate patients, and support lab processes.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state licensure.
• Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification.

Aufgaben

• Assess and document patient data before, during, and after hemodialysis.
• Coordinate care plans with the health care team.
• Administer medications as prescribed and document justifications.
• Educate patients and families about treatment options and care.
• Supervise/lead Patient Care Technicians and LPNs/RNs as assigned.
• Ensure proper laboratory collection and delivery procedures.
