Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current BLS certification (or ability to obtain).
• Meet applicable state nursing practice requirements.
• One year of RN experience (preferred).
• Hemodialysis, nephrology, or chronic care experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate dialysis care to patients.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment.
• Educate patients and families about kidney care and treatment options.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Support quality improvement and patient care initiatives.

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $33.00-$50.00/hour (based on experience, location, skills, and qualifications)
