Fresenius Medical Care Festus, MO is seeking an entry level RN for the Outpatient CAP track. You will assess, plan, and deliver dialysis care, coordinate with the team, educate patients, and document in the patient record.

Sign-on bonus offered; CAP progression requires demonstration of clinical competencies and teamwork in the End Stage Kidney Disease program. Responsibilities include patient assessment before/during/after dialysis, administration of medications per protocol, and collaboration

Formación

• RN with licensure and BLS certification.
• Chronic/acute hemodialysis experience preferred.
• Knowledge of nursing practice and patient education.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for dialysis patients.
• Document patient data and treatment in the medical record.
• Administer medications per protocol and monitor patient response.
• Collaborate with clinicians and technicians to ensure safe dialysis delivery.
• Provide patient/family education on treatment options and care.
