Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level registered nurse for its Outpatient CAP program. The RN will provide and coordinate clinically competent care, participate in the end-stage kidney disease care team, and contribute to quality improvement within the facility.

Responsibilities include data collection and treatment planning during hemodialysis, patient education, and collaboration with RNs, LVNs/LPNs, and technicians. CAP requirements must be completed to advance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state licensure (RN).
• Current or successful CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned group of patients.
• Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care with the dialysis team.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and treatment options.
