Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care seeks an entry-level Registered Nurse CAP 1 for the Outpatient CAP. You will provide and coordinate care for an assigned group of patients undergoing hemodialysis, assess and plan, and collaborate with RNs, LVN/LPNs, and Patient Care Technicians.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited School of Nursing, current state licensure, CPR/BLS certification, and completion of CAP requirements to advance. This role may require travel to training sites.

Qualifications

• Entry-level RN CAP 1 role in Clinical Advancement Program (CAP).
• RN license required in the state of practice.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform essential nursing functions under supervision and guidance.
• Collect and analyze patient data during all phases of hemodialysis; adjust plan as needed.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and treatments.
• Provide safe delivery of hemodialysis therapy; collaborate with care team.
