Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care seeks an entry-level Professional Registered Nurse for the Outpatient CAP1 program. You will provide and coordinate dialysis care, assess and plan care, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the health care team to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state RN licensure is required.
• CPR/BLS certification must be current.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care for assigned patients during dialysis.
• Document data, adjust treatment plans, and notify team as needed.
• Educate patients/families on care and treatment options.
• Lead and support nursing staff under supervision.
