Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an educator to support training and education for employees across assigned facilities in North Carolina. The role focuses on orientation, preceptor training, in-services, and clinical, quality, and customer service training to improve patient care.

The educator will collaborate with facility and regional leaders, promote lifelong learning, and participate in national projects related to staff development. Travel between facilities is required.

Qualifications

• RN state licensure in primary state of residence required.
• Minimum 1 year dialysis experience as a Registered Nurse.
• CPR and BLS certification must be current.
• CDN or CNN preferred or must attain within 18 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Delivers standardized, competency-based training and education programs to employees.
• Aligns training activities with regional, group, and corporate goals.
• Develops competency and teaching skills for staff education across dialysis modalities.
