Job summary

Innovative Renal Care in the United States is seeking a Patient Care Technician to provide high-quality patient care for ESRD patients, monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis, measure and record stats, and assist with hemodialysis machine setup.

You will work in a team that values compassion, integrity, accountability and collaboration; the position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, BLS/CPR, and current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO; prior dialysis experience

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a desire to care for people and be comfortable working around blood and needles.
• Experienced PCTs must have current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO or if applicable other state approved certification.
• Experienced PCTs are required to have current BLS/CPR certification.
• Previous dialysis experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording stats.
• Initiate cannulation and assist with hemodialysis machine setup.
• Perform patient observations and respond to changes in patient condition.
• Support the dialysis care team to ensure safe, efficient treatment for ESRD patients.
