Job summary

Satellite Healthcare seeks an experienced Clinical Specialist to oversee safe, compliant in-center hemodialysis care across a geographic region. You will monitor outcomes, regulatory adherence, and quality programs while educating staff and supporting continuous improvement across modalities where applicable.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Home Therapies leadership, strong leadership abilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LVN/LPN license in the applicable state; license must be current and in good standing.
• Minimum five (5) years of dialysis experience; including at least 3 years as a dialysis nurse.
• CNN/CHN certification preferred within two years of accepting position; Georgia clinics require CNN/CDN within 30 days and 6 months.
• CPR certification required within 90 days of hire; CPR Trainer certificate may be required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with quality teams to implement practices that improve patient outcomes, safety, and retention.
• Ensure clinical processes comply with regulations and company policy; stay current on laws and standards.
• Develop and monitor QA/QI programs and corrective action plans from audits.
• Maintain documentation, attend governing body meetings, CQI meetings, and care plan conferences.
• Provide education and coaching to staff; support transitions for new or acquired clinics.
• Perform clinic-based rounding and provide consultative support to meet patient care needs.
