Job summary

Satellite Healthcare is hiring a Clinical Specialist to oversee safe, compliant, and high-quality in-center hemodialysis care across the assigned region in California. You will monitor patient outcomes, regulate adherence to CMS and state standards, and drive a culture of continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes education, regulatory alignment, and collaboration with Home Therapies leadership to standardize practices across modalities.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LVN/LPN license in the applicable state; license must be current and in good standing.
• Minimum five (5) years of dialysis experience; including at least 3 years as a dialysis nurse.
• CNN/CHN certification preferred within two (2) years of accepting position.
• CPR certification required within 90 days of hire; CPR Trainer certificate may be required.
• Valid state driver's license without restrictions and a good driving record.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities; excellent analytical, problem solving, and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and oversee multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert oversight to ensure safe, compliant delivery of in-center hemodialysis care across a geographic region.
• Monitor clinical performance, patient outcomes, and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Support education and competency development for clinical staff; promote continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Home Therapies leadership to align standards across modalities.
• Lead quality and regulatory excellence initiatives and assist with audits and corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver staff education and training programs including PCT certification review and CPR training.
