Satellite Healthcare seeks a Clinical Specialist to oversee safe, compliant in-center hemodialysis care across a region. You will monitor patient outcomes, regulatory adherence, and lead education for staff to promote continuous improvement and high reliability.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Home Therapies leadership and cross-functional teams to align standards and implement best practices for patient safety and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LVN/LPN license in the applicable state; license must be current and in good standing.
• CNN/CHN certification preferred within two (2) years of accepting position.
• CPR certification required within 90 days of hire; CPR Trainer certificate may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert oversight to ensure safe, compliant, high-quality in-center hemodialysis care across a region.
• Monitor clinical performance, patient outcomes, and adherence to regulatory standards; drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and evaluate quality-of-care processes and support QAPI program and corrective action plans.
