Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Clinical Specialist to oversee safe, compliant in-center hemodialysis care across a geographic region. You will monitor patient outcomes and adherence to CMS/state standards and lead quality initiatives to improve safety and outcomes.

You will educate staff, support competency development, and collaborate with Home Therapies to align policies across modalities, ensuring continuous improvement across clinics.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LVN/LPN license in the applicable state.
• Minimum five (5) years of dialysis experience; including at least 3 years as a dialysis nurse.
• CNN/CHN certification preferred within two (2) years of accepting position.
• CPR certification required within 90 days of hire; CPR Trainer certificate may be required.
• Valid state driver’s license without restrictions and a good driving record.
• Strong leadership, coaching abilities, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, compliant, high-quality in-center hemodialysis care across an assigned region.
• Monitor clinical performance, patient outcomes, and regulatory adherence.
• Lead quality and regulatory excellence initiatives with teams and clinicians.
• Support education and competency development for staff and clinical managers.
• Collaborate with Home Therapies leadership to align standards across modalities.
