Job summary

Outset Medical, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Excellence Manager to support clinical education and program training for the Tablo Hemodialysis System.

You will lead customer engagement across acute, post-acute, and home settings, partnering with sales, service, and marketing to drive excellence in clinical programs. The role requires RN background, dialysis experience, and strong leadership with the ability to travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• RN with active license and clinical expertise in dialysis or related field.
• Experience with insourced Tablo dialysis delivery is a plus.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and health system accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers, supporting ongoing engagement and program execution.
• Support the sales, service, clinical and marketing efforts through customer education, implementation, adoption and success.
• Lead Clinical Business Reviews, gather data, and present performance insights to stakeholders.
• Conduct regular customer site visits to reinforce best practices and improve care quality and workflow.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consumables adequacy and smooth program operation.
