Outset Medical, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Excellence Manager to drive clinical education, program implementation, and customer engagement for the Tablo Hemodialysis System across diverse care settings.

The role partners with sales, service, clinical, and marketing teams to ensure program success in Colorado, Utah, Nebraska, Kansas, and New Mexico. We value nursing leadership, data-driven decision making, and strong collaboration to advance patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in nursing is required.
2+ years of dialysis experience or related field is required.
Knowledge of compliance regulations and standards.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Familiar with developing a business plan and ROI.
Familiar with health system accreditation process.
Familiar with process and quality improvement background.
Able to translate data and analytics into action plans.
Ambitious to advance business objectives.
Able to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
Detail oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
Must be able to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary point of contact for assigned customers, supporting engagement and program execution.
Provide hands-on clinical execution support for program implementation across care settings.
Deliver clinical application support and clinician education for the Tablo Hemodialysis System.
Prepare for and participate in Clinical Business Reviews (CBRs) with customer stakeholders.
Conduct regular customer site visits to support adoption and improve care quality and workflow.
