Job summary

Rendevor Dialysis in Lexington, Kentucky is seeking an experienced Full-Time Dialysis Clinical Coordinator, RN to lead the on-site unit and ensure high-quality patient care.

You will supervise nursing staff, manage operations, maintain regulatory compliance, and collaborate with the regional director and healthcare partners. The role operates three days per week (Mon/Wed/Fri) at Blackburn Correctional Facility in Lexington.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an Accredited Nursing School or Equivalent.
• Current RN License for Kentucky & CPR certification.
• One year of Hemodialysis RN experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the dialysis unit operations to ensure safe, high-quality treatments.
• Develop, coach, and supervise clinical teammates; coordinate unit activities.
• Maintain relationships with providers, managed care organizations, and regulatory bodies.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and payroll compliance.
• Ensure HIPAA, OSHA, ESRD and state/federal regulations compliance.
