Job summary

DaVita is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to lead inpatient dialysis care for ESRD and CKD patients in a hospital setting. This role blends direct patient care with clinical leadership and team coordination.

You will coordinate care for ESRD patients, supervise a team of PCTs, and ensure high-quality dialysis delivery while mentoring clinical staff. Flexibility to float between facilities and work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Minimum 18 months RN experience, including 6+ months in dialysis.
• Charge RN readiness approval required.
• ADN degree required; BSN preferred.
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook).
• Must pass color vision pre-employment testing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for ESRD patients, tracking labs, vitals, weight, and outcomes.
• Supervise and support a team of Patient Care Technicians.
• Deliver dialysis care in line with clinical standards and regs.
• Train and mentor clinical staff.
• Float between facilities and work a flexible schedule (mornings/evenings/weekends/holidays).
