Qualifications
- RN license in Kentucky and CPR certification required.
- Minimum one year Hemodialysis RN experience; management experience preferred.
- Strong English communication and documentation skills.
- Proficiency with healthcare IT and administrative systems.
Responsibilities
- Oversee operations of a dialysis unit and ensure safe treatments across modalities.
- Lead, train, and coach clinical staff; manage staffing schedules and PTO.
- Ensure HIPAA/OSHA/compliance with ESRD/state/federal regulations.
- Coordinate with providers, facilities, and managed care organizations.
- Participate in interviews, evaluations, and corrective action plans as needed.
- Oversee patient education, lab oversight, and medical records quality control.
- Conduct facility audits, develop action plans, and manage safety.
- Record payroll and timesheet data in ADP; monitor monthly rosters.
