Job summary

U.S. Renal Care, Inc. seeks an experienced Clinic Administrator to oversee daily operations, staffing, and regulatory compliance at the McMinnville facility. You will lead quality initiatives and coordinate with the Medical Director to ensure safe, effective patient care.

Responsibilities include managing documentation, incident reporting, and collaborative strategy with leadership to meet corporate goals and improve outcomes across the network.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
• Strong time management and organizational skills required.
• 1 year previous dialysis management experience preferred.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of the English language and ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); proficiency in all USRC clinical applications required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily clinic operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate staffing and patient scheduling to meet patient needs and appropriate staffing levels.
• Drive quality improvement and patient outcomes in line with corporate goals.
• Oversee documentation, incident reporting, and record-keeping for accreditation and regulatory bodies.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and staff to maintain high-quality patient care.
