U.S. Renal Care is seeking an Administrator to manage the daily operations of a dialysis clinic in Plano, Texas. The role reports to regional operations leadership and oversees clinical and administrative staff, ensuring quality care and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include growth initiatives, staffing optimization, and leading QAPI programs to improve patient outcomes. The administrator may assume Charge Nurse duties when needed and must ensure all records and audits are current.

Formación

• Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
• Strong time management and organizational skills required.
• 1 year previous dialysis management experience preferred.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of the English language and ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); proficiency in USRC clinical applications required within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily clinic management and operation.
• Plan, coordinate staffing and patient scheduling to ensure timely access and appropriate staffing levels.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations; maintain required certifications.
• Lead Quality Assessment & Performance Improvement (QAPI) activities and committees.
• Coordinate department functions and maintain thorough patient records and documentation.
