Job summary

Satellite Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Coordinator in Modesto, CA to assist with management and day-to-day operations of the dialysis clinic. The role supports patient care, planning and staffing, and ensures documentation and billing processes are accurate and timely.

Responsibilities include coordinating patient scheduling, maintaining logs, and participating in quality and compliance initiatives. May assume Charge Nurse or Alternate CEO duties as delegated by leadership.

Qualifications

• 12 months experience in providing nursing care, including 3 months of experience in providing nursing care to patients on maintenance dialysis.
• CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to function in new and emergent situations.
• English language proficiency in writing and speaking.
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook; proficiency in USRC clinical applications within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management and operation of the clinic.
• Coordinate planning and scheduling to assure timely acceptance of patients and staffing.
• Update logs and ensure dialysis run sheets and logs are sent to billing.
• Participate in meetings and ensure quality improvement programs are current.
• May assume Charge Nurse responsibilities and Alternate CEO duties as delegated.
