Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking an Administrator to oversee the overall daily management and operation of the clinic in Lafayette, IN. The role reports to regional management and requires strong leadership, clinical governance, and staff development capabilities.

You will drive program growth, ensure compliance with laws, coordinate staffing, and maintain patient records and outcomes in line with corporate goals. A RN license and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in emergent situations.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
• Strong time management and organizational skills required.
• 1 year previous dialysis management experience preferred.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of English language and ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Must have basic computer skills incl. Microsoft Office; proficiency in USRC clinical applications within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Develop and implement processes for program growth and effective staffing.
• Lead quality improvement efforts and participate in QAPI activities.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate staff meetings, education, and patient care planning.
• Monitor and maintain equipment, supplies, and patient records.
