Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking an Administrator to manage daily clinic operations and lead the care team in delivering high-quality patient services.

The role reports to regional operational management and collaborates with Medical Director and staff to meet corporate quality and performance goals. The Administrator will develop staffing plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive program growth while maintaining accurate documentation and patient records in line with ESRD network and Medicare

Qualifications

• RN license in applicable state.
• 1 year dialysis management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with quality and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure high-quality patient care.
• Plan staffing and scheduling to meet patient needs and regulatory requirements.
• Lead quality and safety initiatives; participate in QAPI and monthly meetings.
• Coordinate cross-department activities and maintain accurate patient records.
