Job summary

U.S. Renal Care seeks an Administrator to oversee daily clinic operations, reporting to regional management. You will drive growth, patient access, clinical quality, and financial targets while ensuring regulatory compliance and staff development.

The role requires RN licensure, CPR within 90 days, and dialysis management experience. You’ll collaborate with Medical Director and physicians, coordinate staffing, and maintain patient records and safety standards in a fast-paced ESRD setting.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
• Strong time management and organizational skills are required.
• 1 year dialysis management experience preferred.
• Must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office; proficiency in USRC clinical applications within 90 days.
• Must meet applicable state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement processes for program growth in accordance with Company goals.
• Plan/coordinate patient scheduling to assure timely acceptance of patients and effective staffing levels.
• Implement clinical and operational processes to improve patient health and minimize hospitalizations and missed treatments.
• Achieve financial targets including budget, labor costs, supply costs and expenditures.
• Review incident reports; report at monthly QAPI meetings and take action as appropriate.
• Promote quality management program and lead QAPI meetings and quality improvement committees.
• Coordinate functions of all departments and develop standards for patient care documentation.
• Ensure thorough documentation in the patient record of treatments, activities and communications.
• Maintain safe, sanitary environment and ensure equipment and inventory meet regulations.
• Plan, coordinate, and approve staffing to meet patient needs and regulatory requirements.
• Foster relationships with Medical Director, physicians, hospitals, vendors and community.
