Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking an Administrator to manage daily clinic operations, drive growth, and ensure high-quality patient care. You will coordinate scheduling, supervise staff, and lead quality and compliance initiatives to meet corporate goals.

The role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and dialysis management experience; proficiency in MS Office and USRC clinical applications is expected soon after hire.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a dialysis clinic preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• 1 year dialysis management experience preferred.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written).
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office; proficiency in USRC clinical applications within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily management and operation of the clinic.
• Plan and coordinate patient scheduling to ensure timely acceptance and staffing.
• Implement processes to improve patient health and reduce hospitalizations.
• Meet financial targets including budget, labor costs, and supply costs.
• Lead QAPI meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and maintain required records.
• Coordinate departments and supervise staff; may assume RN supervisory duties.
• Support the facility CEO as delegated by the governing body.
