Job summary

U.S. Renal Care seeks a Dialysis Facility Administrator (Finance) to lead daily clinic operations, manage financial targets and staffing, and oversee quality and regulatory compliance. The role reports to regional management and drives program growth while ensuring top-quality patient care and documentation.

The administrator will coordinate with Medical Directors, ensure adherence to ESRD requirements, and supervise staff to maintain safety and performance across the center.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
• Strong time management and organizational skills required.
• 1 year previous dialysis management experience preferred.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of the English language and ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office; proficiency in USRC clinical applications within 90 days of hire.
• Must meet applicable state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the clinic daily operations and overall performance.
• Report to regional operational management (Area Director/Regional Director/Vice President of Operations).
• Develop processes for program growth, coordinate patient scheduling and staffing to meet demand.
• Achieve financial targets including budget, labor costs, supply costs, and expenditures.
• Review incident reports, lead QAPI meetings, and oversee quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and maintain documentation in patient records.
• Coordinate staffing and monitor equipment, supplies, and facility maintenance.
• Foster partnerships with Medical Director, hospitals, vendors, and the community.
• Recruit, train, and supervise personnel; promote teamwork and accountability.
• Ensure continuity of care and adherence to patient care standards.
