Job summary

U.S. Renal Care, Inc. seeks an Administrator to manage daily clinic operations, reporting to regional leadership.

You will oversee growth initiatives, patient scheduling, QAPI activities, and compliance with ESRD regulations, while leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care. Responsibilities include staffing planning, quality improvement, documentation accuracy, and coordination with Medical Director and physicians.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a healthcare setting with ability to manage in emergent situations.
• Analytical/problem-solving skills required for operational improvements.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Must have RN license and be able to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic operations, staffing, and daily workflow.
• Lead QAPI initiatives and coordinate with Medical Director.
• Ensure documentation is complete and accurate for patient records.
• Develop processes to achieve growth, budget, and quality targets.
