Fresenius Medical Care in West Springfield, MA is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support dialysis treatment under RN supervision. You will set up and operate dialysis machines, monitor patient condition, and document treatment data while maintaining a safe, clean environment.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED with CMS-certified qualifications and CPR certification. Prior patient care experience is preferred; strong teamwork and communication are essential.

Qualificações

• State licensure as applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in setup and operation of hemodialysis machines.
• Perform pre- and post-treatment vital signs and weight measurements.
• Monitor patients during dialysis and report changes to RN or supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe treatment environment and document care provided.
• Participate in infection control and quality improvement activities.
• Assist with patient education and transitions of care.
