Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate hemodialysis machines according to orders.
• Monitor vital signs, weight, and treatment parameters during dialysis.
• Evaluate vascular access and administer heparin as delegated.
• Document treatment data accurately and timely.
• Maintain infection control practices and clean/disinfect equipment and area.
• Educate patients on adequacy measures and care plan.
