Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician to join the dialysis health care team under RN supervision. You will assist in dialysis setup, monitor patient wellbeing, document vital signs, and help maintain a safe, compliant treatment environment.

Responsibilities include evaluating access, recording treatment data, and supporting education and CQI activities. A High School diploma and PCT certification are required, with travel between facilities possible.

Qualifications

• Five years of patient care experience preferred in hospital or related setting.
• CPR certification required or pursued.
• Ability to work under supervision with RN oversight.

Responsibilities

• Assist in dialysis treatment under RN supervision.
• Monitor patient condition during treatment and document vital signs.
• Maintain safe, clean clinical environment and proper infection control.
• Assist in training and onboarding of new staff and trainees.
• Enter treatment data accurately into clinical records.
