Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is seeking Patient Care Technicians to support ESRD patients through the dialysis process. You will monitor patients before, during, and after treatment, record vital stats, initiate cannulation, observe patient condition, and set up the hemodialysis machine to ensure safe, effective care.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, current BLS/CPR certification, and relevant certification (BONENT/NNCC/NNCO or state-approved).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current certification from BONENT, NNCC, NNCO or state-approved certs is required for experienced PCTs.
• Current BLS/CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients before, during and after dialysis.
• Measure and record vital stats during treatment.
• Initiate cannulation where appropriate and safe.
• Observe patients for safety, comfort and response to treatment.
• Set up and operate hemodialysis machines and related equipment.
