Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician to support ESRD patients throughout dialysis care. You will monitor patients before, during, and after treatment and assist with cannulation and machine setup.

Strong record-keeping and patient compassion are essential. Applicants should have a high school diploma, comfort around blood and needles, and current BLS/CPR certification; experienced staff should hold the relevant state or national certifications (BONENT/NNCC/NNCO) where

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Desire to care for people and be comfortable around blood and needles.
• Experienced PCTs: current BONENT/NNCC/NNCO or state certification as applicable.
• Experienced PCTs: current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment.
• Measure and record vital stats and observations.
• Assist with cannulation and hemodialysis machine setup.
