Innovative Renal Care is seeking Patient Care Technicians to support dialysis patients with ESRD. You will monitor patients before, during, and after treatment, measure vital stats, initiate cannulation, and assist with machine setup.

We value compassionate care and require high school diploma and current BLS/CPR plus state certifications (BONENT/NNCC/NNCO). Our team emphasizes integrity, accountability, and teamwork as part of IRC's I CARE values.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have desire to care for people and be comfortable around blood and needles.
• Experienced PCTs must have current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO or other state approved certification if applicable.
• Experienced PCTs are required to have current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording stats.
• Initiate cannulation and assist with hemodialysis machine setup.
• Provide high-quality patient care and observations to improve patient quality of life.
