Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician to deliver high-quality care to ESRD patients undergoing dialysis. You will monitor patients before, during, and after treatment, record stats, and assist with cannulation and machine setup.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, a passion for patient care, and current BLS/CPR certification, with possible state-specific certifications for experienced PCTs. Applications welcome at IRC.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a desire to care for people and be comfortable working around blood and needles.
• Experienced PCTs must have current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO or if applicable other state approved certification.
• Experienced PCTs are required to have current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis and record vital stats.
• Initiate cannulation, patient observations, and hemofiltration machine setup.
