Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician to provide high-quality care to ESRD patients. You will monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis, record stats, assist with cannulation, observe patients, and help set up hemodialysis machines.

The role requires a High School Diploma and relevant certifications; BLS/CPR is required. IRC offers comprehensive benefits and a culture of integrity, compassion, and accountability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a desire to care for people and be comfortable working around blood and needles.
• Experienced PCTs must have current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO or if applicable other state approved certification.
• Experienced PCTs are required to have current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording stats.
• Initiate cannulation and observe patient condition during treatment.
• Set up and operate hemodialysis equipment and troubleshoot common issues.
