Job summary

Innovative Renal Care (IRC) is hiring Patient Care Technicians to support dialysis patients with ESRD. You will monitor patients before, during, and after treatment, measure stats, assist with cannulation, and help set up hemodialysis machines.

Candidates must have a high school diploma, a desire to care for people, and be comfortable around blood and needles. Current BONENT/NNCC/NNCO or state certification, and BLS/CPR are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Desire to care for people and be comfortable around blood and needles.
• Current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO or state approved certification where applicable.
• Current BLS/CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis and record stats.
• Initiate cannulation and perform patient observations.
• Set up and operate hemodialysis machines.
