Job summary
Innovative Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician to support ESRD patients through the dialysis process. You will monitor patients before, during, and after treatment, record stats, and assist with cannulation and machine setup in a care-focused environment.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have a desire to care for people and be comfortable working around blood and needles.
- Experienced PCTs must have current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO or if applicable other state approved certification.
- Experienced PCTs are required to have current BLS/CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment.
- Measure and record vital stats and dialysis parameters.
- Initiate cannulation and assist with hemodialysis machine setup.
- Provide patient observations and ensure safety during treatment.
- Maintain compassionate, patient-focused care throughout the dialysis process.
