Job summary

Hologic, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Manager in Texas to lead a team of Field Service Engineers across Diagnostics customers. You will drive customer satisfaction, oversee service operations, and ensure regulatory compliance while coordinating with Sales, Service and Customer Success teams.

Travel up to 50% is expected as you develop remote, field-based teams and deliver exceptional service experiences. The base salary ranges from $98,000 to $150,000 annually and bonus eligibility is noted.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in clinical lab, diagnostics, field service, or related field.
• Experience leading remote, field-based teams with strong customer-facing leadership.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Field Service Engineers.
• Drive customer satisfaction by timely resolution of technical and service issues.
• Monitor team performance, service metrics, and operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Customer Success to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and company requirements.
• Manage service operations, including resource planning, inventory controls, and field audits.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, service revenue, and business performance.
• Support customer escalations and lead during critical service events.
