Job summary

Hologic, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer for the Diagnostics division servicing molecular diagnostic and cytology equipment across the Denver, Colorado area. This home-based role requires 75% travel and on-call duties.

The incumbent will conduct advanced troubleshooting, perform preventive maintenance, manage parts inventory, and document repairs in the CRM system, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality service.

Qualifications

BS/BA degree preferred or equivalent experience.
AA/AS degree or practical Military experience considered.
2-5 years of field experience with direct customer interaction.

Responsibilities

Conducts advanced troubleshooting to repair, test and qualify instruments located at assigned territory sites.
Provides 24/7 coverage to customers within 24 hours of notification.
Schedules and manages preventive maintenance and unscheduled visits to instrument sites.
Determines correct inventory levels of repair parts with supply lines.
Documents repair/resolution of customer calls in CRM system and escalates issues to management as needed.
Keeps management advised of issues and developments.
