Job summary

Hologic, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Manager in Texas to lead a team of Field Service Engineers across Diagnostics customers. You will drive customer satisfaction, oversee service operations, and ensure regulatory compliance while coordinating with Sales, Service and Customer Success teams.

Travel up to 50% is expected as you develop remote, field-based teams and deliver exceptional service experiences. The base salary ranges from $98,000 to $150,000 annually and bonus eligibility is noted.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in clinical lab, diagnostics, field service, or related field.
• Experience leading remote, field-based teams with strong customer-facing leadership.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.

We're seeking a people-first Field Service Manager to lead and develop a team of Field Service Engineers supporting our Diagnostics customers across Texas. What You'll Do

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in a clinical laboratory, diagnostics, field service, or related environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience leading and developing remote, field-based teams.
• Strong customer-facing leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting diagnostics, laboratory instrumentation, or medical devices.
• Service operations or field leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success improving team performance, customer satisfaction, and operational results.

The annualized base salary range for this role is $98,000-150,000 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
