Formación

• Associate's Degree or Certificate from an accredited School of Radiologic Technology.
• New York State Radiologic Technology License.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform diagnostic radiographic examinations independently in accordance with departmental protocols and physician orders.
• Position patients and imaging equipment to obtain optimal images while minimizing radiation exposure.
• Select and adjust technical factors to ensure image quality and patient safety.
• Review images for technical quality and completeness before submission to PACS/EMR.
• Follow HIPAA-compliant procedures for patient information and confidentiality.
• Maintain equipment and room cleanliness; assist with STAT and emergency exams as needed.

Educación
